Contest and Drawing Rules.

Participants in any No Greed Seeds (NGS) Contest or Drawing should be aware of the following rules and definitions:

1. Participants SHOULD BE be over 21 AND a resident of the USA*, in a legal state. NGS assumes no responsibility for winner's actions and by participating in any NGS event, drawing or contest, you acknowledge this.


2. NGS reserves the right to modify drawings, (make changes to prizes or rules), with a reason provided in the community area of the YouTube Channel.


3. To participate in ANY contest or drawing, participants must watch the Announcement video, and pay attention to the details, and take the actions described therein.


4. PHOTO SUBMISSIONS: Any photos submitted for contests or drawings become the property of NoGreedSeeds, and you release NGS from any obligation or compensation, aside from prizes due to the winner(s) of a given contest.


5. Winners will NOT be notified, but rather announced in a followup YouTube video, so you must also be a subscriber with the Notification Bell activated, and watch the YoutTube RESULTS video to find out if you are a winner.


6. In drawings where a Comment is required, REPLIES to any previous comment will NOT be counted. Only ORIGINAL (Top-Level) comments that include required components will be included in the drawing. In free drawings, you may only enter once. Winners will be disqualified should it be discovered that they have multiple entries using different handles/names, and another name may be drawn in that instance. Furthermore, these folks will also be banned from future giveaways. No cheating!


7. No purchase is neccessary to enter MOST drawings, however there will be infrequent Mega drawings that act more like a raffle, where a certain dollar amount spent at the NGS site will entitle you to one or more seats as the announcement video describes.*


8. In Mega Drawings, any changes to the rules will be announced before the drawing.


9. During drawings, each winning spin selection will be removed from the list on the wheel as the round progresses [participants may only win once per round for MOST drawings, but in MEGA drawings, only individual seats will be removed, meaning you can win more than once in a MEGA drawing].


10. *** Once Winners are announced, they will have a short period of time (Typically 2 weeks) to claim their prize(s). Winners need to send email to inquiry@nogreedseeds.com within within that timeframe after the winner announcement. The email will need a subject with the contest date and YouTube name and winner status. The body of the email MUST include the details of the win, a way to connect your online name with your complete shipping info including a name to use on the envelope and a pic of your photo ID (to satisfy the over 21 requirement). PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS are not included, and additional shipping fees will apply..


11. No response results in forfeiture of the prize, and the prize(s) may be returned to stock or given away again, at NGS' determination.

Please note: As of January 1, 2022, we are giving away a choice selection of seeds to a lucky participant each month. Submit pictures of your NGS garden to our Garden Of The Month page. Near the beginning of each month, a winner will be determined by a secret process, which includes looking at comments, judging the content of the picture and the overall quality of the photo. There must be at least 2 entrants to win a prize.
